Course Description: This course involves lots of practical work in hair and beauty. It will help you make decisions about further education, training and possible career choices in hair and beauty. You will be shown how to work professionally developing good communication and presentational skills. You will learn how to adopt healthy, safe and hygienic work practices in the salon and how to work co-operatively within a team. You will learn how to style, colour and care for hair. You will learn how to look after your nails and complexion. You will increase your knowledge of products on the market and the correct way to choose and apply them. To summarise you will learn the following.
