Prepare and store food

Cook different meals

Use different cooking equipment safely

Make sure the kitchen and food service area is hygienic

Prepare tables for service

Serve food to customers

Meet health, safety and hygiene standards

Communicate at work and establish good working relationships

You will also keep a portfolio of work to help you achieve your qualification
